I love that I can come into the office every month to pay my rent, even though I can set up autopay. It's the amazing staff ... that I can talk to in person 7 days a week except for holidays. I love that maintenance is fixes everything we request for. I thank Whiffle Tree Team for making this community a home we love to come home to and the environment that my family enjoys being in. Wanted to give a shout out to Ed-Lena for all of her help from the tour, the application process, and move-in. Dee was very ... nice the few times I interacted with her but I’ve spent most of my time working with Ed-Lena. I work in property management and customer service goes a long way. I had a few maintenance items come up during the move-in and they were all addressed same day or early next day. The maintenance guys, Adam & Jason, have been so nice and courteous. Most of my neighbors all introduced themselves when I got my keys and started moving in, everyone has been so kind that I’ve interacted with. A cosmopolitan place
I love this place for its lush grounds and amenities, and I say cosmopolitan because some of my neighbors are from Portugal, ... and some are from the Middle East, and Europe and Asia. I. I've noticed that some people try and keep the gates open by putting rocks and sticks to keep the doors from locking. So I pull them out when needed. I'm proud of where I live and so I try to do my part in cleaning the grounds, whether it be picking up trash or putting the outdoor furniture back in place.
